> The Apartments

Our three apartments are finished to a high specification having undergone an eighteen month restoration. Though the properties were originally built between 1753 and 1756 we offer modern facilities within a traditional Georgian setting. All our apartments are situated on the lower ground floor of 7-9 North Parade Buildings.

Our apartments boast fully equipped kitchens with granite worktops and top of the range units. Should you choose to dine in, all our kitchens include cookers, gas hobs, large fridge/freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, washer dryers and Nespresso coffee machines.

All living rooms feature wall mounted HD LCD TVs, DVD player and Bose Ipod docking station. We provide all guests with an information folder and guide books to Bath. Free WIFI is throughout all rooms in the apartments.

Our bathrooms and shower rooms are finished in marble with complimentary toiletries. Towels and robes are provided to ensure your stay with us is a pleasant experience.

Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
> THE APARTMENTS

> Apartment 7

The largest of our three apartments at 1000 square feet can cater for a maximum of four people. This apartment is accessed via well-lit stone steps with handrail. It is dual levelled with the kitchen accessed via a short flight of stairs.
This apartment has:
  • Two Bedrooms
  • One en suite shower room and one bathroom
  • Both bedrooms have two 3ft single beds which can be zip linked to form super king beds.
  • Dining table caters for 4 people
  • Kitchen equipped with all cookware
  • Living room with 42" LCD TV, DVD player and BOSE iPod dock
  • Iron/Ironing board
  • Hairdryer
  • Complementary toiletries
  • All bed linen and towels
  • Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, conserves and marmalades
  • Free WIFI in all rooms

Our rates are per apartment per night. We do not accept one night bookings and we ask for a minimum of three nights over bank holidays, Christmas and New Year
Apartment 7, North Parade Buildings

January-March: £175 per night

April-December: £205 per night

> Apartment 8

Our one bedroom apartment is 570 square feet with open plan kitchen and living room, accessed via the shared courtyard. Apartment 8 can cater for a maximum of three adults and provides the perfect bolt hole for a romantic break.
Apartment 7, North Parade Buildings

This apartment has:

  • One bedroom with king size bed
  • One bathroom
  • Living room with 32" LCD TV, DVD player and BOSE iPod dock
  • Sofa bed in the living room that can accomodate 2 children or 1 adult (This is available on request only)
  • Dining table caters for 4 people
  • Kitchen equipped with all cookware
  • Iron/Ironing board
  • Hairdryer
  • Complementary toiletries
  • All bed linen and towels
  • Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, conserves and marmalades

> Apartment 9

A two bedroom apartment at 807 square feet with open plan kitchen and living room is perfectly catered for socialising with family and friends. The apartment is accessed via the courtyard, which is shared with apartment 8. Apartment 9 can accommodate a maximum of four people.
